EASY RENT BIKE DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made between EASY RENT BIKE Information and Software Automotive Trade Limited Company ("Company") and the Customer who will benefit from the services.

2. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the rental of vehicles through the website www.easyrentbike.com.

3. SERVICE DETAILS

The service includes the rental of motorcycles, bicycles, and other vehicles for the period specified in the booking.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The rental price is determined based on the selected vehicle and rental period. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified on the website.

5. DELIVERY AND RETURN

The vehicle will be delivered at the agreed location and time. The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. However, if the service has started with the customer's approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in the customer's residence area are authorized.
